VelvoShopping d.o.o ("VelvoShopping", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information across our websites and products, including ReplenishIQ and FlirtPilot.

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate and improve our products:
- Account data — email address, name, and company details you provide when you register or join a waitlist.
- Usage data — anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that help us understand how products are used.
- Product data — data you choose to provide within a product, such as inventory or advertising data for ReplenishIQ, or profile context you save in FlirtPilot.

- To operate, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To send transactional communications and, with consent, product updates.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Privacy-first processing
No PII / customer data processed. ReplenishIQ is architected so we do not process personal data of your end customers. Screenshots are never stored. FlirtPilot processes chat screenshots for a single request only and does not retain them. You remain in control of your saved profile data and can clear or delete it at any time.
5. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) based on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, or compliance with a legal obligation.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our infrastructure (for example, hosting providers), and only to the extent necessary.
