1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any website, product, or service provided by VelvoShopping d.o.o ("VelvoShopping", "we", "us"), including ReplenishIQ and FlirtPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our products

ReplenishIQ is an inventory management platform for Amazon FBA sellers. FlirtPilot is an AI assistant for dating conversations. Both products are owned and operated by VelvoShopping d.o.o, a company registered in Croatia.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair them.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some products are offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase, including any free trials. You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

6. Third-party services

ReplenishIQ integrates with Amazon's SP-API and other third-party services. FlirtPilot is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their operation.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks related to VelvoShopping and its products are the property of VelvoShopping d.o.o and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VelvoShopping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Croatia.
